Terms and conditions (updated October 2022)
For all regular lessons during term time during weekday after school hours –
If you are happy to proceed after an initial lesson, pupils must commit to their time slot for that half term period. Payment for the present half term or month is preferred. All payments must be in advance or on the day of the lesson.
Cancellations must be paid for if they cannot be rescheduled. 24 hours notice is required for any rescheduling. This will be at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
If on the rare occasion I need to cancel a class I will give a full refund if it cannot be rescheduled at mutual convenience.
I cannot accept discontinuation of classes at less than one month’s notice.
If any pupil has any symptoms of a cold – coughing, sneezing, nose-blowing or sore throat – please reschedule the lesson.
Classes during half term and school holiday periods are arranged at mutual convenience.
Children should be aged 6 years and above.
