This is my musical tribute to the acclaimed composer Vangelis, who sadly passed away in 2022.

He was a true pioneer who created new, beautiful and haunting electronic soundscapes. I am sure many composers today can feel his influence. It is a great regret that I never got to meet him and thank him for his music.

The chorus is adapted from a song I wrote back in 2000. While writing the middle section to its climax, I felt I was expressing memories of my father Keith who passed away in 2019. So I would like to dedicate this piece to his memory too.
